I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC #20360) with a deep passion for brain development and neurodiversity. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals (think ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, brain injuries and beyond) and the families and caregivers who show up for them every single day. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, figuring out how to thrive in a world that wasn't quite built for your brain, or just looking for someone in your corner, I'm here for all of it.
With a Bachelor's and Master's in Psychology, and a specialization in neuropsychology, I've spent years learning the ins and outs of how our brains work, and more importantly, how beautifully different they can be. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), neuropsychology, and executive functioning training, and I also love bringing play and creativity into my work.
People often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I want every session to feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can just be yourself and work towards your goals at your own pace.
I am proudly neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and I welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities with open arms. No masking required."
